Your Role:

• Patrol Duties: Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety.
• Safety Monitoring: Oversee the security of guests or residents.
• Alarm Response: Respond swiftly to alarms and disturbances.
• Report Writing: Accurately document incidents and observations.
• Surveillance: Operate and monitor surveillance systems.
• Customer Interaction: Engage positively with the community.
• Collaboration: Work with law enforcement and emergency responders.

Your Schedule:

• Shifts: Work 12 PM to 7 AM, Thursday through Sunday.
• Flexibility: Open availability is beneficial and appreciated.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills.
• License: Preferred DCJS Unarmed License.
• Clearance: Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Physical Ability: Able to sit, stand, drive, and walk for up to 8 hours.
