Position Overview
As a Security Officer/Concierge, you will be the face of safety and service at one of our Northern Virginia properties. You’ll ensure the security of residents and visitors while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist residents and visitors with a welcoming demeanor.
  • Address inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism.
  • Monitor security systems and promptly respond to alarms and disturbances.
  • Conduct routine patrols and report any safety issues or suspicious activity.
  • Create detailed, accurate reports.
  • Work closely with law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for all.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in security is a plus but not necessary.
  • Strong observation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work the Monday-Friday, 5 PM - 11 PM schedule.
  • Active DCJS license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
